Over the years we have raised over $800,000 for local charitable and service organizations which focus on emphasize of youth development, as well as provide programming to less-advantaged citizens. The organizations we have supported include: The Leadershop, Pillars, Greater LaGrange YMCA, Boy Scouts of America and Helping Hand.
Our Club Sponsorships
We have two clubs that we sponsor: K-Kids at Brook Park in LaGrange Park – for elementary students. Club members discover their passion to serve, desire to lead and their ability to engage and collaborate with others. Aktion club at Helping Hand – for adults with disabilities. Club members become competent, capable, caring leaders through service.
Our Scholarships
We have two scholarships: The Vernon H. Timke Scholarship paying $5,000 annually for four years to the college of the student’s choice and The R. Kent Schneider Scholarship paying $5,000 annually for two years to College of DuPage.
Our Signature Events
Over the past few years our two signatures events have been: The Unpancake Breakfast, which is held in the spring of each year and The Disc for Charity, which is held in the fall of each year.
